Warranty Policy

All sales are final. Two Loons Trading Company (TLTC) provides a one (1) year limited warranty that all TLTC product(s) sold will be free of defects in manufacturing, or in material and/or workmanship and will perform as per the manufactures original specifications when the product(s) is used under normal working conditions, the use is not abusive and the product has been properly maintained. Any damage to the TLTC product(s) as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, an accident, improper installation, fire, water, repairs by persons other than the manufacturer will void this warranty. The warranty period will be (one) 1 year from the purchase date. The customer is expected to be able to provide proof of purchase at the time a warranty claim is made. All returns of product(s) will be addressed as per TLTC Return Policy.

TLTC Return Policy

TLTC will provide a replacement or repair as per the following guidelines below.

1. If Customer finds that the TLTC product(s) is defective within the first ninety (90) days of retail purchase, then TLTC will provide a replacement unit at no cost to the customer.

2. If Customer finds the TLTC product defective after ninety (90) days of retail purchase, then TLTC will repair the product at no cost to the customer. If repairs not possible, TLTC will replace the product.

3. The Customer shall be responsible for returning defective TLTC product(s) to TLTC at its Windsor, Maine location, transportation charge prepaid and the product(s) will be replaced or repaired and returned at no charge only pursuant
to this warranty. The customer must call first to receive a RMA (Return Material Authorization) prior to returning any product.

THIS CONSTITUTES THE SOLE WARRANTY MADE BY TLTC EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE HEREOF, HEREIN, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL TLTC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND DISTRIBUTOR'S REMEDIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF NONCONFORMING UNITS OR PARTS.
